Rhubarb Wine Recipes

Rhuberry Spritz

3 oz Wolf Willow Rhubarb Wine

2 oz of sparkling water

1/2 of blackberry liqueur

Served on ice with frozen blackberries

Grapefruit Imposter

4 oz bottle rhubarb wine

1 oz Campari

3 tsp of lemon juice (or one lemon squeezed

½ tsp of Course salt

 

Combine Rhubarb Wine, Campari, and Lemon in a cocktail shaker.  Shake hard for 20 seconds.  Rim cocktail glass with course salt

Pour contents of cocktail shaker into cocktail glass.  Garnish with lemon or grapefruit wheel
